Double storey side extension.
The project:
This was a small modern style house needing a double storey side extension to enlarge it to four bedrooms. The new build had to be in keeping with the original style. This was in a housing estate with a confined working area, meaning we had to take particular care not to affect the surrounding properties.
Located on Cranleigh court, Farnborough
Our solution:
This was a straightforward build involving an addional bedroom and bathroom plus study and utility room. The utilities (gas and electricity meters) had to be moved and the staircase had to be reconfigured to work with the new design. All work was completed in 4 months to full finish. Labour varied from 3 -5 individuals everyday. We had to work to a tight schedule but it was important to spend time on details. There were no problems in the build, time-line (finished ahead of schedule), and cost. This was a returning client.
