Single storey side extension.

The project:

Our clients’ home was an old detached house located near Highfield Park which was surrounded by woods. The project was to create a single storey extension to the side of the house. Ths involved opening out the kitchen to a large dining-room, and also adding a bedroom, family bathroom, utility-room and a large hall.
Location: School Lane, Heckfield

Our solution:

All work was finished within 3 months. 3 to 5 individuals worked everyday on the job. Strict planning regulations meant it was essential to maintain the particular old style of the house. This was achieved through close attention to detail. No problems in build, time-line and cost.
