The Project:
This was a prestigious house dating to the 1930s situated in a village near Farnham. Our clients needed more living space that included extra bedrooms and a double garage. There was also a need for refurbishment throughout the house and the external plumbing needed rebuilding.
Located at Gong hill drive, Lower bourne.
Our Solution:
We created a large double storey extension to the side of the property that incorporated the double garage. Because of the age and style of the property, we had to take great care over the appearance and details of the new build. The end result was an extension that looked like it was part of the original building. Refurbishments included refitting the bathrooms, in which we installed underfloor heating.
Project timing:
Starting end of November 2014, finished June 2015.
I like the result.
