Double storey extension to detached house.
The project:
On this project, we worked as sub-contractors alongside other builders. Our brief was to build the shell of a double storey side extension and to contribute to other elements of the build.
Located at Beechcroft drive, Guildford.
Our solution:
We completed works without break in 6 weeks, ensuring the contractors could complete the project with schedule. Labour varied from 2-3 individuals everyday. Our focus was on speed and accuracy, so that the extnsion closely matched the original property. No problems in build, time-line (finished ahead of schedule), and cost. Returning client.

Starting January 2013, finished mid March 2013.
